Transfer Admissions
Applying to TU is easy. For fast processing, we recommend that you apply online. You can also download and print an application in PDF format or c all us at 1-888-4TOWSON to have one mailed to you. The application takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and can be saved. Once you’ve completed the online application, you will receive an electronic confirmation of your submission. Processing time, from receipt of the application to mailing a decision letter, ranges from four to six weeks.
Requirements for transfer admission vary depending on the total number of transferable credits, hours completed and the cumulative combined GPA from all institutions attended. It's important to review admission requirements and deadlines.
Admission priority is granted to graduates of Maryland public community colleges and to those Maryland community college students who have earned at least 56 transferable credits, and are in good academic standing.
