Entrance Loan Counseling
There are three separate counseling sessions: one for new borrowers of Federal Direct Student Loans, one for Graduate Plus Loan borrowers, and one for Federal Perkins Loan borrowers. If you receive all three loans, you must complete all three loan counseling sessions.
Please review your Financial Aid Notification to ensure that you are completing the correct loan counseling session. If you do not have ready access to your notification, please review your award online at Towson Online Services.
New borrowers of Federal Direct Loans must complete an Electronic Master Promissory Note (E-MPN).
